Make It Matter

Our research shows a lack of understanding about why devices work the way they do. Why is this plug a funny shape? Why do I have to calibrate a foot control? Why can't I have a basket for storage? Explaining the thinking behind device design gives nurses a better sense of how and why things work the way they do. Some carts are lighter for easy movement. Some carts weigh more for stability. Baskets are eliminated to reduce infection risk. Sharing product stories improves nurse satisfaction.
